  • 13 m silicone tubing (3 mm inner / 6 mm outer diameter)
  • Assembly guide (online) + link to the open-source 3D-print files for tank & backplate

Works with the PlantMate app (iOS/Android). The servers stay online – the founders cover the cost.

  • A 3D printer – or a print service. No printer at home? A local makerspace or any online 3D-print service can print the parts for you.
  • The open-source STL files for the water tank and backplate – linked in the assembly guide and in the Kickstarter update “Opensourcing of PlantMate”.
  • Basic tools: a small screwdriver and scissors or side cutters for the tubing.
  • Outside the EU: the power supply has an EU plug – you may need a plug adapter.
  • One claim per backer – pick one kit per PlantMate you pledged for (up to 8).
  • Enter your Kickstarter backer number at checkout so we can match your order to your pledge. You'll find it in your Kickstarter pledge email.
  • You only pay the shipping (live FedEx rate) – the kit itself is your reward.
  • Import duties and VAT are charged by your country's customs on delivery.

Ships to anywhere in the world with FedEx from Switzerland. The shipping cost is the live FedEx rate for your address and is shown before you pay. All prices are in CHF.

Yes. The app and the servers stay online – we pay for them ourselves.

I don't have my backer number. Can I still claim?

Yes, the field is optional. It helps us match your order to your pledge, so add it if you can find it in your Kickstarter pledge email.

Where do I find the 3D-print files and the assembly guide?

They're linked in the Kickstarter update “Opensourcing of PlantMate” and in your order confirmation email.
